A business idea rooted in family.
Ahsan Ali is the Pakistani-born founder of Khaata Online and an Australian citizen based in Perth. Educated in the United Kingdom, his engineering background spans power systems, industrial automation and process improvement.
The idea is personal. Ahsan grew up watching his father, Aijaz Ali Badshah, manage several businesses, including businesses based in Karachi Sabzi Mandi. Maintaining day-to-day ledgers was often slow and painful, but it taught Ahsan how much trust depends on a clear, reliable Khaata.
For Ahsan, the first credit belongs to his father—the person who taught him how business really works. Khaata Online carries those lessons forward for the next generation of business owners.
